Location: Tel Aviv | Hybrid (2 days from home) | Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Lead to join a technology organization undergoing a broad transformation across technology, ways of working, and organizational culture.

This role combines business and technology leadership with a strong focus on process improvement, operational excellence, productivity, and delivery acceleration. You will work closely with tribe leadership and play a key role in driving organizational change and helping teams achieve their goals more effectively.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery excellence initiatives across Agile tribes and cross-functional teams

Support technology and business transformation efforts across the organization

Improve team performance, productivity, and delivery effectiveness

Analyze, optimize, and redesign processes to remove inefficiencies and accelerate execution

Lead the adoption of modern tools, automation, and technology practices, including Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, and Agile methodologies

Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and organizational obstacles, and work with stakeholders to resolve them

Establish management routines, governance models, decision-making frameworks, and continuous improvement processes

Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards to support visibility, measurement, and performance improvement

Partner with business and technology leaders to drive alignment and execution

Requirements

Strong business and technology orientation

Proven experience leading significant organizational, operational, or process improvement initiatives in a technology environment

Experience working in Agile environments and Agile at Scale frameworks

Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving execution across multiple stakeholders

Ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement change

Strong influence, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Systems thinking with a process-oriented mindset

High level of ownership, independence, and ability to learn quickly

Advantages

Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or Technology Organizational Consulting

Specialization in Information Systems

Experience in consulting firms

Previous leadership or management experience

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud, AI, or modern engineering practices

Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards
