Located in Tel Aviv and operating fully from the company's dynamic, collaborative office space.

Position Overview-

• DevOps Team Lead taking a foundational, high-impact leadership role to build, scale, and structure the corporate DevOps department almost completely from the ground up.
• Managing a growing unit while maintaining a strong 50% to 80% hands-on technical contribution.
• Taking absolute, end-to-end (E2E) engineering ownership over high-scale, long-term global infrastructure initiatives aimed at supporting extreme data throughput, absolute high availability, and state-of-the-art developer platforms.
• Working closely with an ultra-high-caliber R&D squad to design, automate, and harden production cloud architectures operating under extensive scale.

Requirements-

• 7 years of proven professional experience operating as a dedicated DevOps Engineer - Mandatory
• 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in a Team Lead or Management capacity, leading infrastructure or platform engineering squads - Mandatory
• Expert-level, deep architectural mastery operating within Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystems - Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on technical proficiency with Kubernetes production deployments, internal mechanics, and containerized clustering - Mandatory
• Advanced infrastructure automation engineering capabilities using Terraform and Docker - Mandatory
• Strong development/scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or Go (Golang) to build internal tooling - Mandatory
• Proven professional background handling high-scale enterprise cloud environments with a passion for high-ownership, fast-paced technological challenges - Mandatory
