Located in the Sharon region and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Automation Engineering Team Lead reporting directly to the Director of QA, taking comprehensive management and technical ownership of a highly skilled team of 6 Automation Infrastructure Engineers.
• Acting as a hands-on technical anchor and architectural authority, driving the strategy, design, and implementation of complex automation frameworks completely from scratch.
• Maintaining a flexible, high-impact Hands-On component tailored to team velocity, remaining deeply embedded in the codebase through code reviews, architectural planning, and active engineering contribution.
• Operating within a cutting-edge technological ecosystem that fuses high-throughput microservices, cloud native execution, and production-grade artificial intelligence.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience in a Team Lead or Management capacity, leading technical automation or software development units - Mandatory
• Proven professional background architecting, developing, and deploying complex automation testing infrastructures from scratch utilizing Python - Mandatory
• High-level technical proficiency operating across modern infrastructure layers: AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices environments, and Linux - Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience integrating or testing features built with AI / Machine Learning models or big-data analytical layers - Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent quantitative discipline, OR alumni of an elite technological IDF military unit, OR equivalent elite-level industry experience - Mandatory
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a high-ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical domain - Mandatory
