NOC Operator

We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT Operations & Control Center Operator to join a professional team responsible for monitoring, controlling, and supporting critical enterprise IT infrastructure and production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate critical IT infrastructure and production systems
• Identify, investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents according to established procedures
• Coordinate and execute production changes, scheduled activities, and operational tasks
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health across multiple platforms
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, development, and support teams
• Participate in incident management processes and ensure service continuits
• Support the onboarding of new technologies and systems into production environments
• Maintain operational documentation and follow established procedures and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience working with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure operations, monitoring, or technical support environments
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Unix operating systems
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerized environments
• Understanding of networking infrastructure and information security concepts
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools
• Experience with Kubernetes environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
