We are seeking an experienced Head of Production Planning to lead end-to-end production planning and inventory management activities.
This role is responsible for ensuring production continuity and optimal supply to customers by balancing demand with production capabilities and optimizing inventory levels.
The position serves as a key interface between Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Technology, while leading planning processes, improving methodologies, and driving inventory health performance.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory management
Advanced Excel skills
Strong experience with ERP/SAP systems
Experience leading or guiding planners (directly or professionally)
High-level English (spoken, written, negotiation)
