The company is engineering a next-generation real-time AI Sales Assistant that acts as an intelligent co-pilot for sales executives during live revenue conversations.

Located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible via public transit and train lines) and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Founding Full-Stack / Core Backend Engineer joining as one of the very first engineering hires on the founding team, reporting directly to the technical leadership.
• Taking absolute ownership over the core production infrastructure, architecting from scratch the highly scalable distributed engines that power live, real-time AI agents in production.
• Operating in an elite, high-ownership environment where your architectural decisions directly impact the company's core IP, technology stack, and product deployment standards.
• Balancing deep backend engineering with real-time generative-AI integrations, with a progressive evolution into light, high-fidelity UI features over time

Requirements

• 5 years of proven professional experience specializing in Backend Software Engineering - Mandatory
• Strong, expert-level technical mastery and hands-on programming experience in Python - Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience building features with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI toolchains, or agentic workflows - Mandatory
• Direct professional background operating within fast-paced, high-velocity startup ecosystems (early-stage experience is a major plus) - Mandatory
• Prior experience or a solid conceptual capability to handle modern frontend/UI touchpoints - Advantage
• Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills with a high-ownership, self-directed execution mindset - Mandatory
