Position Overview-

• Core High-Frequency Trading (HFT) / Infrastructure Engineer reporting directly to a Founder, stepping into a high-impact role as an early employee shaping a bleeding-edge automated system.
• Architecting and implementing a highly parallelized, distributed, and deterministic low-latency cloud infrastructure executing live trades based on real-time statistical predictions.
• Working within a highly focused, practical hiring loop that centers on collaborative, real-world engineering challenges alongside the founders.

Requirements-

• 10+ years of proven professional experience in high-performance Software Engineering - Mandatory
• Strong, demonstrated background developing in Rust, C++, or C - Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent scientific/quantitative discipline from a leading university, OR alumni of an elite technological IDF military unit - Mandatory
• Deep technical mastery of Linux operating system environments, multithreading, and systems-level memory management - Mandatory
• Practical architectural experience designing and maintaining high-throughput Cloud infrastructures - Mandatory
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving capabilities with a high-ownership mindset and passion for fast-paced, systems-level domains - Mandatory
