Founding Engineer

An innovative, stealth-mode AI-First startup that is engineering a pioneering governance and central management platform for AI-assisted software development.

By acting as a guardrail layer for LLM-generated code analogous to how cloud-security platforms monitor architectural vulnerability the solution enables developers to freely leverage generative-AI tooling while ensuring strict organizational standards, code quality, and compliance guidelines are maintained.

Founded by three highly experienced industry veterans and operating under a strong Bootstrap model, the company is building out its elite core engineering squad.

Located in the Sharon region with flexible options for partial work in a Tel Aviv office adjacent to the train line and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Founding Full-Stack / AI Agent Engineer reporting directly to the CTO, taking a foundational role in architecting the core platform mechanics from the ground up.
• Designing and implementing autonomous, intelligent AI Agents and real-time static code parsing infrastructure, balancing development heavily in Go (Golang) along with Python, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Operating at the cutting edge of the generative-AI wave, building highly technical product features that directly inspect, evaluate, and sandbox automated engineering outputs at enterprise scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven professional experience specializing in Backend Software Engineering - Mandatory
• 2+ years of dedicated, hands-on programming experience with Python - Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technological academic discipline, OR alumni of an elite technological IDF military unit - Mandatory
• Solid, practical familiarity developing features with GenAI APIs, LLM integration frameworks, or associated AI coding tools - Mandatory
• Hands-on engineering proficiency or deep structural familiarity with Go (Golang), TypeScript, or Node.js - Mandatory
• High-ownership mindset with the agility to thrive as an early-stage founding team member - Mandatory
