Operational Excellence Team Leader

Job Description

* Lead cross-organizational processes, including change management initiatives and their implementation, with a focus on Lean Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

* Lead Kaizen events and OFEX projects across the organization.

* Analyze operational and organizational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.

* Analyze, design, and optimize production layouts, workstations, and material flow processes.

* Define, document, and maintain cross-functional processes, including human-system interfaces.

* Work closely with ERP systems, including process design, updates, implementation, and integration.

* Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations for improvement.

* Support the development of management routines, internal controls, and process-supporting information infrastructures.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – required.

* 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment – required.

* 1–2 years of managerial experience- A significant advantage.

* Proven experience leading OFEX, Kaizen, or Lean projects – a significant advantage.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience working with ERP systems – required.

* Strong process-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, independence, and willingness to work in a hands-on production environment.

* Excellent written communication skills.

* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, with excellent interpersonal skills, fast learning capabilities, and a systems-thinking approach.
