We are seeking a Core Banking Systems Analyst for a financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define business processes within core banking systems
- Gather, define, and evaluate business and functional requirements and assess technological solutions
- Coordinate between business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders
- Write functional specification documents
- Lead professional topics and initiatives while proposing and driving improvements to business and operational processes
- Support and accompany development and QA teams throughout the full project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in core systems analysis
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements specification
- Experience in regulatory implementation and leadership
- Experience in the financial, banking, or fintech domain - an advantage
