Full Stack & AI Development Tech Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, highly technical, and entrepreneurial Head of Full Stack & AI Development to take full ownership of our development domain. What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Leadership: Take full ownership of the development domain, from initial architecture definition to production delivery.
• Team Management & Mentoring: Provide direct management, guidance, and mentoring to a talented team of developers, setting clear technical and professional goals.
• Tech Leadership & Code Quality: Establish development standards, best practices, and lead code reviews to ensure top-tier code quality.
• Drive AI & Innovation: Identify opportunities for technological improvements and lead new initiatives, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and AI-driven engines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and maintain ongoing communication with senior stakeholders and managers across the organization.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Take responsibility for managing and optimizing advanced cloud infrastructures.

What You Should Bring:

• Management Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing and leading software development teams.
• Full Stack Expertise: Strong, proven hands-on experience in both Frontend and Backend development.
• Cloud Proficiency: Deep, practical experience with cloud environments, including services, deployment, security, and ongoing operations.
• Technical & Architectural Vision: Proven track record in tech leadership, architecture definition, and building a strong engineering culture.
• Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and listening skills, with a collaborative team-player mentality.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly proactive, responsible, and comfortable making impactful technical decisions.
