Salesforce Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Salesforce Division.

This role combines technological leadership, enterprise architecture, and hands-on involvement in complex projects within large-scale enterprise environments.

We are looking for a senior technology professional with a strong development background, broad system vision, and the ability to lead teams and shape scalable Salesforce solutions and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce-based enterprise projects.
• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and deliver complex enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define development standards, best practices, and methodologies while ensuring code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Events, ETL, ESB, and iPaaS solutions.
• Lead security and privacy aspects including SSO, OAuth, user management, and data encryption.
• Work with modern SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Recommend and implement complementary technologies and integrations, including AWS-based services.
• Participate in Presale activities and provide solutions for complex technical requirements.
• Create and lead architecture documentation and collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on technical leadership and architecture.
• Proven experience leading development teams and designing enterprise architectures or writing architecture documents.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration and architecture concepts.
• Experience with ESB, SOA, or iPaaS solutions — major advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development methodologies.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments — advantage.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications — advantage.
