Satellite Development Project Manager

We are looking for a Satellite Development Project Manager to join the Airborne Systems Division at Israel Aerospace Industries ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Managing and leading the project throughout its entire lifecycle, from contract signing through planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery to the customer

• Leading project reviews, milestones, and test campaigns with internal stakeholders and customers

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and deliverables

• Maintaining ongoing business and programmatic relationships with customers

• Taking an active role in decision-making across all project aspects, including technical, organizational, professional, financial, and business considerations

• Leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, working closely with System Engineering, Software, Mechanical Engineering, and Hardware teams

• Driving project execution while balancing customer requirements, technical challenges, budgets, schedules, and risks

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Exact Sciences, or a related technical field – Mandatory

• M.B.A. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – Advantage

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects, or serving in a senior professional leadership role – Mandatory

• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional interfaces – Mandatory

• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory

• Experience in space-related projects – Advantage

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and people-motivation skills
