⚡ What you’ll do

• Support campaign setup, execution, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, and Snap
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
• Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and creative testing
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing ads
• Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new formats

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 1+ year experience in paid social / performance marketing (or strong internship)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and/or Snap Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Passion for growth marketing and performance optimisation
• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, or Fintech is a plus
