Company Description

B-HELD is an on-demand women’s support platform connecting women with trusted and verified Holders for real emotional and practical support. The platform is designed for moments that can feel overwhelming to face alone, including relocation, new motherhood, burnout, medical appointments, personal transitions, daily overload, and other situations where a woman may need someone physically present to help, listen, organize, accompany, and support her. B-HELD is building a new layer of human support: structured, trusted, discreet, and accessible when real life becomes too much to carry alone.

Role Description

B-HELD is looking for a Co-Founder CTO to join as a true technology partner and help build the next stage of the platform. This is an equity-only co-founder role, not a salaried position. The CTO will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the company, improving the existing MVP, building core product flows, and creating the systems needed to support bookings, Holder profiles, client requests, matching, payments, admin operations, notifications, privacy, and future AI-assisted workflows. The role requires someone who can think clearly, build fast, learn quickly, solve problems independently, and work closely with the founder on product, strategy, operations, and user experience. This is an early-stage role for someone who is excited to build from the ground up and shape the company from this stage.

Qualifications

• Strong technical thinking, problem-solving ability, and curiosity
• Ability to build, test, improve, and ship digital products in an early-stage environment
• Knowledge of full-stack development, web applications, databases, user flows, APIs, and product architecture
• Interest or experience in automation, AI tools, AI agents, no-code / low-code systems, and scalable operational workflows
• Understanding of booking systems, marketplace logic, admin dashboards, payments, authentication, privacy, and trust flows is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make technical decisions with limited structure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical solutions
• Product mindset, user empathy, and interest in building technology that supports real human services
• Experience with tools such as Lovable, Supabase, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Formal software development training, certification, diploma, course, or documented technical education is required for insurance and bureaucratic purposes
• A Computer Science degree is required
• Previous startup experience is an advantage, but not required

B-HELD is not looking for someone based only on years of experience or a specific corporate background. We are looking for someone with real ability, curiosity, responsibility, speed of learning, and the desire to build something meaningful. The right person should be comfortable with early-stage reality, imperfect systems, fast decisions, and building while the product and company are still being shaped.

Important

This is not a salaried position. This is an equity-only co-founder role. The right person will receive 25% equity and join as a true technology partner in building B-HELD. If you are looking for a monthly salary, this is not the right opportunity.
