Order Operator

Known for its innovation, premium-quality products, and trend-setting creativity, the brand has become a leading name in the global beauty industry, with a strong presence across international retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Order Operator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing B2B customer orders while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with our business clients.

You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless order flow, high service levels, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end order processing for B2B clients, from order receipt to delivery.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, account management and marketing) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Monitor order status, identify potential delays or issues, and proactively communicate updates to customers.

- Handle order discrepancies, returns, and claims in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure data integrity.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management and supply chain processes.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations (preferably in a B2B environment).

- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

-Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) – an advantage.

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
