Back Office & Logistics Coordinator (Temporary Position)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to join our team for a maternity leave replacement position.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate delivery notes and customer invoices. Manage customer orders, service calls, and service contracts. Coordinate delivery schedules directly with customers, including follow-ups and status updates. Process supplier invoices in the ERP system and verify matching against purchase orders and delivery documents. Upload invoices to customer portals according to company and client requirements. Scan and archive signed documents in the computerized system while maintaining organized digital records. Requirements:

Experience working with ERP systems – Priority experience is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
