Senior Product Manager

We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup backed by top-tier VCs, dedicated to solving complex security challenges for modern enterprises. As we scale our platform, we are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our core product team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of major product domains, bridging the gap between deep technical innovation and exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security research, and go-to-market teams to build a powerful product that security teams love to use.

Key Responsibilitie

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, defining a clear, data-backed roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Technical Product Definition: Partner with engineering and security architects to translate sophisticated security capabilities into elegant, scalable, and high-value product features.
• Customer Discovery: Engage directly with security leaders, CISOs, and engineers to deeply understand their pain points, turning market insights into crisp product requirements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product launches and accelerate market adoption.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track core product metrics to measure impact, drive engagement, and continuously improve the user journey.

Requirement

• Product Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing products within the cybersecurity landscape, demonstrating a strong understanding of security workflows and buyer personas.
• Technical Background: Solid technical foundations, with the ability to lead deep technical discussions alongside engineers and security researchers.
• Enterprise Focus: Experience working with global enterprise customers, understanding their deployment, compliance, and integration needs.
• Execution & Execution Mindset: A strong sense of ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and thriving in an agile, early-stage startup environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
