Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Oriented)

An innovative AI startup is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to join a highly collaborative engineering team. The company is building an AI-powered platform that helps organizations transform internal knowledge and expertise into actionable insights, learning experiences, and real-time employee enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and backend implementation to polished user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Develop modern, high-performance frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and React Native.
• Participate in system design discussions, architectural decisions, and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies and full stack delivery.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Solid experience with Redux and modern state management patterns.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, or similar.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and software architecture.
• Proven ability to take ownership and independently drive projects from concept to production.
• Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Advantages:

• Recent hands-on experience with React Native.
• Previous experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
• Experience with native mobile development (Java/Kotlin or Swift).
• Experience building AI-driven engineering workflows, internal developer tooling, coding agents, prompt libraries, evaluations, or related AI infrastructure.
