Project Manager – Information Systems

abra is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to join its Data & AI Division.

The role combines end-to-end project management with hands-on system ownership, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The position requires strong business understanding, technical orientation, and the ability to translate business needs into working technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end information systems projects, from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Own and support business systems (configuration, testing, issue resolution, ongoing maintenance)
• Manage integrations and data flows between systems (APIs, ETL, SFTP, web services)
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including SLA and delivery management
• Lead QA/UAT processes and ensure system readiness for production
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, documentation, and automation
• Prepare status reports and support steering committees and risk management
• Support user training, adoption, and organizational change
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Information Systems project management in medium/large organizations
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting (not only management)
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Experience building project plans and leading projects through go-live
• Vendor and SLA management experience
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
