Allpha is recruiting an experienced Electronics Card Soldering Specialist for a leading technology company operating in a high-standard, defense-oriented environment.

This role is intended for a highly precise, hands-on professional with strong experience in soldering, rework, repair and inspection of electronic boards, working according to strict technical specifications and quality standards.

Role Description

The role includes soldering, repair, rework and assembly work on various electronic boards, according to engineering specifications, assembly drawings, bill of materials and IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.

Main Responsibilities

Perform visual and technical inspection of electronic boards before starting work.

Carry out corrections and completion work after automated placement.

Perform soldering and wiring work on electronic boards when required.

Execute repairs, modifications and conversions on electronic boards.

Conduct self-inspection and quality checks after completion of work.

Perform electro-mechanical assemblies as needed.

Work according to assembly drawings, component lists and technical documentation.

Perform precise soldering work under a microscope for extended periods.

Use professional soldering equipment, including Metcal and JBC soldering stations, electric desoldering tools, solder wick, thermal wire strippers and additional supporting equipment.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of education — required.

At least 5 years of professional experience in electronic board soldering — required.

Hands-on experience working on electronic boards — required.

Experience working under a microscope — required.

Experience with SMD, T/H and rework processes — significant advantage.

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Class 3 — significant advantage.

Good Hebrew communication skills — required.

Technical English — advantage.
