Requireme

• nts:B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field – mandatory; MBA – an advant
• age.10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics within aerospace, defense, aviation, or high-tech manufacturing industr
• ies.Proven experience managing complex supply chain operations in project-driven, engineering-focused environme
• nts.Strong background working with defense organizations, aerospace manufacturers, government customers, and global suppli
• ers.Demonstrated success in leading large-scale procurement activities, strategic sourcing, and complex commercial negotiati
• ons.Experience supporting multidisciplinary aerospace or defense programs from development through production and deliv
• ery.Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and strategic planning capabilit
