Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead and contribute hands-on to the development of protocol-processing components in modern C++ on Linux, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; set engineering standards and best practices.
• Design and implement high-performance protocol processing components in modern C++.
• Analyze and implement telecom protocols (e.g., GTP, Diameter, SIP, PFCP, HTTP/2, NAS).
• Build software for high-throughput probes/analytics pipelines; optimize for latency and throughput.
• Conduct design and code reviews; ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in C++ software development
• Strong experience with modern C++ (C++11 and above)
• Experience with multi-threaded, high-performance systems – Advantage
• Experience developing on Linux
