LEADERS is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

• Manage and develop relationships with leading brands, and serve as their trusted strategic partners.

• Lead digital projects and influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.

• Collaborate closely with creative, content, media, and influencer marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

• Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.

• Identify opportunities to expand client operations and drive long-term growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-3+ years of experience managing digital client portfolios.

• Proven experience managing client accounts and leading influencer marketing campaigns is required.

• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading complex projects.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Experience working directly with influencers, creators, talent agencies, or influencer marketing campaigns.
