We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join AvaTrade's global team and provide exceptional service and support to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers across global markets.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Additional language(s) – an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role – an advantage.
