Job Title: Mid/Senior C++ Embedded Software Developer

Job type: Full-time Permanent

Job Location: Hadera (On-site) | Willingness to travel to the North required

Security Clearance: Must be eligible for security clearance (mandatory)

Job Description & Requirements

Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in C++ development within a Real-Time Embedded environment.

Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / other scientific degrees. Practical Engineers (Handesaim) or candidates with relevant hands-on experience without a degree will also be considered.

Core Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven software development experience in C++.
• Proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11 / C++14 / C++17).
• Solid experience in developing embedded systems.

Advantages (Nice to Have):

• Proven experience developing on Linux / VxWorks environments.
• Strong familiarity with communication protocols (Serial, UDP, TCP) – Significant Advantage.
• Experience with cross-platform integration – Significant Advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

1. Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems.
2. Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and multi-threading.
3. Understanding and familiarity with software architectures based on distributed systems.
4. Familiarity with ALM tools for development and testing management (specifically Azure DevOps).
5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
