We’re Hiring | Head of Project Management Department

Menora Mivtachim is looking for an experienced and influential leader to head our Project Management Department within the Information Systems Division.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a portfolio of strategic, business-critical initiatives, manage a team of talented technology project managers, and work closely with senior leadership to drive meaningful organizational impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the division’s strategic and transformational projects.
• Managing the overall project portfolio and governance processes.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Technology Project Managers.
• Partnering with senior executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Playing an active role in shaping the division’s strategy and execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing teams of Technology Project Managers and/or Product Managers.
• Extensive experience leading complex business and technology projects, including CRM initiatives.
• Strong track record of working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
