An exciting opportunity to join a growing global pharmaceutical company with expanding operations in Israel.

A global pharmaceutical company specializing in rare diseases and expanding its presence in Israel is seeking a Product Specialist to lead activities within the Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) therapeutic area.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established local team, play a key role in building field activity from the ground up, work in a highly scientific and in-depth environment, and contribute to increasing disease awareness and improving access to an innovative treatment with significant clinical value.

We are looking for an individual with a strong drive for execution, scientific curiosity, initiative, and the ability to create meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. Someone who enjoys building something new, takes ownership, and does not wait for direction – but rather proactively initiates, drives, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map the territory and identify leading physicians and medical centers within the field
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key experts and stakeholders
• Lead scientific and professional field activities within a focused and specialized medical community
• Initiate, promote, and lead projects aimed at increasing awareness and supporting activity implementation
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders and support the establishment of new operations in Israel
• Assist in the development of scientific, educational, and promotional materials
• Identify growth opportunities and support expansion of field activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline – mandatory
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – mandatory
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage a territory
• Strong scientific orientation with the ability to conduct in-depth professional discussions
• High motivation, achievement-driven mindset, and eagerness to take part in building a new operation
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders, lead processes, and thrive in an evolving and ambiguous environment
• Willingness to travel nationwide – preference for candidates residing in the central region of Israel
