Infrastructure Team Lead

Ness is seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead.

This role is responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure operations, including System Administrators, Networking, and Information Security teams and reporting directly to the CTO.

The position involves leading and managing end-to-end infrastructure projects across virtualization, storage and backup, databases, networking, and information security environments.

Additional responsibilities include architecture design, business process improvement, solution development, work plan preparation, and budget management.

Full-time position, based in Jerusalem.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure operations – Mandatory.
• Previous experience managing teams and employees – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization infrastructures, VDI environments, storage and backup solutions, WAN/LAN networking, information security, and databases – Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading and managing IT projects, including budget management – Mandatory.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS and/or GCP – Significant advantage.
• Experience working with Citrix environments - Significant advantage.
