Full-Stack Developer

We’re looking for a versatile full-stack developer to join our team and build across our Microsoft-centric stack. The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for writing APIs, developing end-to-end features, supporting and extending our SharePoint Online environment, and partnering with the business on data-driven tooling. We work in a hands-on environment where the same person who designs the API also writes the React component that consumes it and the SQL query behind it, so we need someone who’s genuinely comfortable across the whole stack, with a solid Python background to support our automation and data work.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in C# / .NET.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, SPFx web parts, workflows, and integrations with business systems.
• Build front-end features in React, end-to-end alongside the backend work.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, data extraction, and ad-hoc analysis across the business.
• Write production-quality Python for automation, data processing, ETL-style tasks, and internal tooling.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 services (Graph API, Power Platform) and third-party APIs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve performance, and keep existing applications healthy.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions, and documentation.

Main projects on our roadmap:

• PAL V5 (ERP System) integrations and customizations
• Modernize and extend the SharePoint Online intranet and business portals.
• Build internal business applications and REST APIs on the Microsoft stack (C# / .NET, React).
• Develop Python-based automation and data pipelines to support reporting and operations.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Graph API, Power Platform) into business workflows.
• Support data integration, SQL reporting, and cross-system process automation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong Python – comfortable writing, debugging, and shipping real Python in production, not just scripts
• C# / .NET (.NET Core and/or Framework) – production-quality code
• Advanced SQL – complex queries, joins, performance tuning, working with relational data.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience – SPFx, customizations, integrations
• React – production front-end development; strong JavaScript / TypeScript and HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• REST API design and integration patterns; comfortable owning features across the stack (data → backend → API → UI)
• Clear communicator, pragmatic problem-solver, and self-starter
• High level of English (written and spoken)
