We're Hiring: Technology Project Manager & Digital Systems Lead (Maternity Leave Cover)

We're looking for an experienced technology professional to join a dynamic and impactful environment, leading digital initiatives that serve millions of users.

This role combines hands-on management of digital platforms with end-to-end ownership of technology projects, from planning and requirements through production deployment and ongoing operations.

🔹 What you'll do:

• Lead technology projects across Web and Mobile platforms

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Integration, QA, and Business stakeholders

• Manage system releases, production deployments, and ongoing operational activities

• Drive incident management and resolution processes

• Oversee project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Agile delivery processes

• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project tracking, and operational efficiency

🔹 What we're looking for:

• Experience managing technology projects in Web and Mobile environments

• Strong understanding of production systems, releases, and operational processes

• Experience working with Infrastructure, Integration, and Information Security teams

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in system analysis or application management

• Familiarity with APIs, REST services, SQL, or modern integration technologies

• Experience working in large, complex organizations
