Digital Product Manager

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital products and journeys in a large-scale, data-driven environment.

This role combines product strategy, UX thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership over digital products from ideation through launch, optimization and business performance monitoring.

We are looking for a strong product manager with experience managing end-to-end digital products in complex organizations, with deep understanding of customer experience, digital platforms and business-driven product development.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and customer journeys

Define product vision, roadmap and KPIs aligned with business goals

Conduct market and competitor research and identify customer needs

Write functional specifications and manage product backlogs

Lead UX/UI processes and customer journey planning

Work closely with development, CRM, business and digital teams

Lead product launches, optimization and ongoing performance analysis

Requirementg

Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products in large organizations

Strong understanding of UX/UI and customer journey methodologies

Experience writing product specifications and managing product backlogs

Experience working with digital platforms such as CRM, chatbots, automation, IVR or customer apps

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Experience in financial services or insurance – significant advantage
