Security Software Engineer

Hiring for a long term contract role for the position of Security Software Engineer for a role based in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Platform: Develop and deliver features for the hunting platform using modern technologies such as Next.js, React, and Python.
• Collaborate with Security Teams: Work closely with threat hunters and researchers to convert operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Implement AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems to automate analysis and reporting.
• Ensure Reliability: Write clean, testable code and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Cyber Security experience

• Security Experience: 3+ years in security research, incident response, threat hunting, or threat intelligence.
• Software Development: 2+ years of development experience.
• Education: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience (including military experience).
• Engineering Approach: Experience building scalable, production-ready solutions and validating through testing.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work with global teams and take ownership of execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cortex XDR or Cortex XSOAR.
• Use of AI/LLM tools (e.g., Gemini or Claude) to enhance development workflows.
