ML Research Scientist

VeryQ.AI is building the next generation of hardware and software verification. We combine formal methods, deep learning, and ideas inspired by statistical physics to bring breakthrough research from academia into real industry workflows. We’re an early-stage startup expanding our research core team. If you enjoy open-ended problems, messy real-world data, and turning theory into a product—this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Develop new ML/AI methods for verification, SAT/constraint-based problems, and model-checking workflows
• Design and run experiments; define metrics and validate what truly improves verification outcomes
• Conduct research with the founders (propose ideas, test hypotheses, iterate), and translate results into product-ready prototypes

Requirements

• PhD in CS with ML expertise preferred, Postdoc experience is a strong plus. Exceptional MSc candidates may apply.
• Strong background in Deep Learning / Data Science / Algorithm development
• Comfortable coding and running experiments (Python + ML tooling)

Bonus

• Research or hands-on experience in formal verification, SAT/SMT, model checking, or EDA
• Track record of research outputs (papers, preprints, open-source, internal research reports) or industry experience.
