CISO as a service

📍 Location: Central Region, comfortable hybrid model (1 day from home).

• 🎯 Strategy & Governance: Leading and managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) forum, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• 📜 Compliance & Regulation: Leading Legal Compliance processes, privacy protection, adhering to strict sectorial regulations, and driving ISO certifications and standards.
• 👥 Human Capital & Awareness: Designing and leading employee training programs and executive tabletop exercises, including building and managing sophisticated phishing simulation campaigns and random sampling.
• 🏗️ Architecture & Project Advisory: Supporting technology teams on information security aspects from the design phase through to project implementation (Security by Design).
• ⚙️ Systems & Infrastructure: Working closely with IT teams to ensure ongoing maintenance, managing Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, and implementing Client-side protection tools.
• 🔒 Database & Platform Security: Securing and managing information security across leading organizational environments, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce, Priority, and Office 365.

• ⏳ At least 4–5 years of experience as a CISO or a Senior Information Security Consultant in medium-to-large organizations (strong preference for highly regulated organizations / institutional bodies).
• 👤 Proven experience working as a "One-Man Show" or a sole function – Must.
• 📋 Extensive experience leading regulatory processes, privacy laws, and ISO standards – Must.
• 💻 Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Priority, and Microsoft 365 environments – Must.
• 🛠️ Prior experience managing EDR platforms and implementing phishing simulation systems.

• 🤖 Experience and background in AI domains (implementing AI tools, securing AI infrastructure, or utilizing AI for corporate cyber defense).

• 💼 Broad business and commercial understanding (Business-Oriented) – ability to translate cyber risks into business language.
• 🚀 Ability to lead independently, highly proactive ("Rosh Gadol"), with excellent interpersonal skills for working with both executive levels and employees.
• 🚗 Willingness to work at the company’s sites in the Central Region.
