We are looking for an AI Solution Delivery Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and accelerate the delivery of cutting-edge AI agents across the company!

🎯 The Role in a Nutshell: This position is low-code / no-code, but don't let that fool you—it requires a deep, practical understanding of LLM behavior, prompt design, and agent orchestration. You will center on building internal AI agents powered by Anthropic Claude Cowork and other advanced LLMs, leveraging Claude’s complex reasoning and long-context capabilities to deliver scalable, business-ready AI solutions.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

Discovery & Solution Design

• Partner with Business Stakeholders: Identify automation opportunities across the company and translate them into clear, actionable agent specifications.
• End-to-End Design: Craft Claude-cowork solutions from scratch—including system prompts, prompt chains, connector usage, knowledge grounding, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Guardrails & Grounding: Configure RAG and knowledge grounding from company data sources; define fallback, refusal, and hallucination-handling behaviors.

Build & Ship

• Agent Creation: Build advanced agents using Claude Projects, Claude Code (in low-code mode), MCP connectors, and Anthropic’s Agent SDK.
• Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI agents with core enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and internal databases) using MCPs and out-of-the-box connectors.
• Asset Scaling: Author and maintain a Claude prompt library, custom Skills, agent design patterns, and reusable templates for the IT CoE.

💼 Have You Got What It Takes?

• Experience: 4+ years in technical or analytical roles (e.g., System Analyst, Technical Project/Product Manager, or Process Engineer).
• LLM Hands-on Expertise: Deep practical experience with at least one major LLM platform (Claude strongly preferred; ChatGPT / Copilot Studio).
• Prompt Engineering: Elite skills in prompt engineering, including complex system prompt design.
• Agentic Architecture: Familiarity with multi-agent and autonomous agent workflows (designing systems where specialized agents collaborate and delegate sub-tasks).
• Low-Code Automation: Comfort working with tools like Power Automate or n8n.
• Tech Literacy: REST, JSON, and webhook literacy (you can confidently read API docs and configure tools).
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and fluency in English.

⭐ Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with the Claude ecosystem: Projects, Artifacts, Computer Use, Agent SDK, sub-agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with advanced RAG patterns and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
