The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer who is a true "jack of all trades" — equally comfortable across frontend, backend, and prompt engineering. We don't care which language or framework you've used in the past; we care that you can pick up a problem anywhere in the stack and deliver. We're looking for an engineer with strong product and technical judgement who can take features end to end, and who has built and shipped agentic LLM workflows in production and knows what it takes to make AI agents reliable at scale.

What You'll Do

- Own features end to end — Take responsibility for impactful features from concept to deployment, across the entire stack.

- Build agentic AI workflows — Design, build, and harden LLM-powered agents that score candidates, generate assessments, and power our product. Our platform already runs dozens of specialized AI agents in production — you'll extend, improve, and add to them.

- Prompt engineering as a core skill — Craft, evaluate, and iterate on prompts and agent behavior. Build the evals, guardrails, and feedback loops that keep agent output accurate and trustworthy at scale.

- Work across frontend and backend — Build intuitive, scalable UI interfaces and the backend APIs and services behind them. You'll move freely between the two.

- Drive product quality — Apply strong testing strategies across the stack to ensure stability and maintainability.

- Collaborate effectively — Work closely with stakeholders across functions, from ideation to implementation, to ship user-focused features.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.

- Proven experience delivering agentic LLM workflows in production — this is a must. You've shipped real features powered by LLMs and agents, not just prototypes.

- Hands-on experience working with AI agents at scale — orchestration, reliability, evaluation, cost and latency awareness, and handling the messy realities of non-deterministic systems.

- Strong prompt engineering skills — you know how to get reliable, high-quality output from models and how to measure it.

- Solid full stack chops — strong backend experience in any backend language, and strong frontend experience in any modern component-based framework. The specific languages and frameworks don't matter; your ability to deliver across the stack does.

- A passion for clean code, testing, and delivering exceptional UX.

- Comfortable taking ownership, making product-impact decisions, and working autonomously.

Bonus Points

- Experience with AWS and SQL databases.

- Experience building evaluation/observability tooling for LLM systems.

- Experience with code execution sandboxes, real-time/streaming features, or large third-party integrations.
