Team Lead – System & Information Security 229512

We are looking for an experienced System & Information Security Team Lead to join a dynamic organization operating in a complex 24/7 IT environment. This is a key leadership role combining hands-on technical expertise with team management and strategic responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 System & Infrastructure engineers
• Oversee a large-scale IT environment
• ~900 users
• ~400 servers
• 15 subsidiaries
• Serve as the organization’s technological authority across Systems, Networking, and Information Security
• Maintain a strong hands-on (approx. 90%) involvement לצד leadership responsibilities
• Define and manage Firewall policies and rules
• Administer and operate DLP systems and enterprise security solutions
• Perform VPN troubleshooting and incident investigation
• Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure and network issues
• Lead technological projects and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Work in a mission-critical, 24/7 environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in Systems, Networking, and Cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange
• Security and infrastructure technologies such as FortiGate, Forcepoint, F5, Nutanix, Veeam
• Experience with security solutions such as: DLP, XDR, EDR
• Strong experience in virtualization environments and complex infrastructures
• Availability for occasional remote support on weekends when required

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• Experience with network traffic analysis and investigation tools in both Windows and Linux environments
• Practical experience with DHCP configuration, including DHCP Relay
• Hands-on experience with VMware environments, understanding of DRS (Distributed Resource Scheduler)
• Experience with Microsoft DNS Manager, including configuration and management of various Zone types (e.g., Secondary Zones)
