RF Design Engineer

Join the Engineering & Systems Plant at the ELTA Division and take part in the development of advanced RF and microwave technologies that serve as the core of ELTA’s cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop RF boards and microwave modules for advanced electronic systems

• Design and develop frequency generation sources

• Lead development teams in the design and delivery of RF and microwave products

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept through implementation and testing

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in RF and Microwave development – mandatory

• Ability to design and develop using ADS and CST simulation tools – mandatory

• Experience with semiconductor technologies and thermal solutions for power amplifiers – advantage

• Experience in the development of integrated radio boards – advantage

• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading)

• Self-motivated with strong independent learning capabilities

• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
