HIPER Global EDGE A leading company specializing in advanced Embedded and computing solutions for the and industrial markets is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with defense and industrial customers.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical-commercial solutions.
• Present solutions, manage negotiations, and drive opportunities from prospecting to order fulfillment.
• Work closely with international manufacturers and technology partners.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or field sales in the defense, military, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of Embedded computing, hardware, ruggedized systems, or related technologies.
• Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing technical specifications, requirements, and SOWs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of English.
