🎬 Video Editor / Creative Director — AI Video Pipeline BIGVU · Be'er Sheva (On-site)

At BIGVU, we build AI-powered tools that help anyone create professional video. Now we're looking for a Video Editor with the eye of a creative director and the instincts of an AI power-user to own the look and motion of our content — and our product.

This is a rare hybrid role: part hands-on editor, part systems-builder, part creative lead.

What you'll do

• Design and build an automated pipeline for producing video at scale — for our ads and social media channels
• Edit high-quality video that's sharp, on-brand, and built to convert
• Create animations and motion graphics that bring our content to life
• Act as the creative director for BIGVU's default graphics and animations inside the product itself — setting the visual standard our users build on top of
• Push the limits of AI video tools to move faster and create more

What we're looking for

• A genuine master of video editing tools, with great taste and a strong creative point of view
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI video and creative tools — you experiment constantly and know what's actually good
• Strong skills in animation and motion graphics
• A builder's mindset: you think in systems and pipelines, not just one-off edits
• A portfolio / reel that shows all of the above
