Salesforce Business Application Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on BusinessApplications Specialist with strong Salesforce experience, whocombines business understanding with system expertise and can lead end-to-endimplementations in a global environment.

What you’ll do

• Own and support Salesforce, including configuration,enhancements, and ongoing improvements

• Gather business requirements and translate them intopractical system solutions

• Lead implementations from design through testing, training,go-live, and post-launch support

• Support global users across multiple regions, mainly the US,France, and UK

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, andtraining materials

• Work with internal teams and external partners on systemchanges and projects

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years ofhands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Strongbusiness-process understanding and ability to translate needs into solutions

• Experienceleading system implementations end to end

• FluentEnglish, written and spoken

• Bachelor’sdegree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, orequivalent

Nice to have

• Experiencewith ERP systems

• Experiencewith data and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Azure DataFactory (ADF)
