SecOps Team Leader (Hands-On)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and highly technical Hands-On SecOps Team Leader to lead our Security Operations infrastructure in an Enterprise environment.

In this role, you will serve as the technological authority for our organization's security systems, balancing managerial leadership with deep technical execution. You will take full ownership of our security solutions- from architecture, installation, and configuration to ongoing maintenance, hardening, and complex troubleshooting in production environments.

What You'll Do:

- Provide hands-on technological and managerial leadership to the Security Operations team.

- Take end-to-end responsibility for the deployment, configuration, and hardening of diverse security solutions.

- Drive ongoing maintenance, version upgrades, and resolve complex tier-3 production issues.

- Implement security Best Practices and continuous infrastructure improvements.

- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and IT teams.

- Mentor, guide, and support team members in their professional and technical growth.

- Manage relationships with vendors, external partners, and support channels.

What You Should Bring:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations / Infrastructure Security.

- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or senior engineer ready to step up.

- Strong, proven hands-on experience with complex Production / Enterprise environments.

- Deep technical knowledge in at least two of the following domains:

* Endpoint (EDR/XDR)

* Identity & Access Management (CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD)

* Network Security (Firewalls - Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet)

* Cloud Security & Mail Security

- Strong operational orientation, high attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple interfaces.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, independent working style, and team player mentality.
