Mechanical Engineer | Tech Startup | End-to-End Ownership

A technology startup is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead a key mechanical domain with full end-to-end ownership, in a development environment that includes system-level testing of complex systems.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the mechanical design of complex systems — from requirements definition and concept design, through ongoing work with subsystems, to integration, testing, and system-level experiments.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with system engineering, electronics, and software teams, while solving complex engineering challenges and supporting development processes from concept to implementation.

This is a hands-on role that combines broad ownership of the mechanical domain with practical engineering work, deep technical thinking, and close collaboration with multiple interfaces.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of complex systems
• Experience working with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, or similar
• Experience with aerospace systems, such as aircraft, missiles, or airborne systems
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary development environment
• Experience integrating mechanical systems as part of a complex system
• Hands-on approach with the ability to take full ownership of a technical domain
