This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jerusalem for a professional Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role involves collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and maintaining recruitment databases. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and developing strategies to attract top talent.

• Experience in talent sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of requisitions efficiently.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to meet dynamic hiring needs.
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
• Prior experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
