Role Description

Lead product transfer processes from development to manufacturing.

Manage the engineering laboratory, including the assembly and testing of engineering prototypes.

Support and oversee first production builds (First Article / First Production Unit).

Track and drive process advancement and implementation activities.

Manage ongoing logistics processes related to the project and/or product.

Work in a matrix organization with multiple cross-functional interfaces and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI (New Product Introduction), or Product Development roles.
• 3–5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer.
• Strong technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Significant experience in transferring products from development to manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
