Full Stack Engineer

AiGent is a fast-growing InsurTech startup building advanced data extraction, automation, and financial intelligence tools for insurance agencies.

We build systems that combine automation, large-scale data processing, and AI-powered analysis. we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn fast.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain features using .NET Core (Backend) and React (Frontend)

• Work on real production code from day one

• Participate in development of automation and data extraction flows

• Collaborate with senior developers, the CTO, and product team

• Learn best practices in architecture, clean code, and cloud development

• Debug, improve, and optimize existing systems

• Gradually take ownership over features and components

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and web concepts

• Familiarity with Git (commits, branches, PRs)

• Strong motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Ability to take feedback and grow from it

• High-level English
