Bid & Presales Specialist

Our client is seeking a Bid & Presales Specialist to support tender response activities, proposal development, and business opportunities in a technology-driven environment.

• Coordinate and manage tender and proposal response processes.
• Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored business and technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, response documents, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Develop pricing proposals and supporting sales documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Work closely with project managers, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support business opportunities from initial qualification through proposal submission.

• 2–4 years of experience in tender responses, proposal management, presales, or a similar role – mandatory.
• Experience preparing client proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Familiarity with technology solutions, software services, or digital products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
