Buyer & Material Planner

Role Overview

We are seeking a Buyer & Material Planner to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Priority ERP system and a solid understanding of material procurement, planning, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for purchase orders, negotiations with suppliers, shipments, logistics, import/export, and customs clearance.
• Responsibility for material planning, kitting for production, and inventory control.
• Responsibility for various operational processes within the Priority ERP system.
• Work closely with NPI to maintain BOM accuracy and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer Material Planner in a hardware / Electronics company.
• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Similar.
• A proven experience with the Priority ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international suppliers in English (speak & write).
• Highly organized, responsible, and capable of managing multi-tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• On-site work from our offices at Caesarea Business Park (next to the Caesarea–Pardes Hana train station).
