System Performance Researcher

The Intelligence, Communications & Electronic Warfare Division at ELTA is looking for a System Performance Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct system-level performance analysis for SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, and communication systems
• Define research questions, develop appropriate analytical tools, perform statistical analysis, and derive actionable insights
• Present findings to operational customers, management, and system engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Exact Sciences or Operations Research – mandatory
• Proven experience in system-level performance analysis with strong system understanding – mandatory
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, research methodologies, and results presentation
• Familiarity with communication systems / radar / SIGINT / electronic warfare – advantage
• Strong systems thinking combined with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with engineering and development teams
